As part of the OTOBA's commitment to promoting the breeding, ownership and racing of Oregon-bred Thoroughbreds, we offer a referral service for those who have Oregon-bred racing Thoroughbreds to sell and those who are looking for Oregon-bred Thoroughbreds to race.
All transactions for sale or placement of a listed horse are between the owner and the buyer and the Oregon Thoroughbred Owners and Breeders Association shall have no responsibility in regard to any such agreements, and the enforcement thereof shall be the responsibility of the parties to the agreement.
The Oregon Thoroughbred Owners and Breeders Association is not responsible for any claims by the owner regarding a horse's health, racing history or discipline suitability or any other claim(s) by owner or seller.
The Oregon Thoroughbred Owners and Breeders Association receives no renumeration regarding the sale or placement of any Thoroughbred.
Ads for horses will be dated and are as a courtesy for three (3) months. The Oregon Thoroughbred Owners and Breeders Association has no responsibility to ensure that horses listed are still available.
