Oregon's 2009 TOBA Award Winner of the Year

Our sincere congratulations to:   George and Rose Hurliman of Tillamook Oregon!!

The Oregon TOBA award winner is voted
by the Oregon TOBA Board of Directors.  The winner is chosen for their outstanding accomplishments and commitment to Oregon's racing industry.  The TOBA Award winner will represent Oregon at the Thoroughbred Owners and Breeder Awards Banquet this September in Lexington, Kentucky.  Our organization contributes $500 towards travel expenses for the trip, and the winner of this award will receive their bronze statue at the awards banquet in Lexington, KY.
